 Welcome to the P.S.11 web site. P.S. 11, the William T. Harris Elementary School is located at 320 West 21st. Street, in the heart of Chelsea. We take pride in our diverse community of students, teachers, families and staff. Leading our community are Principal, Bob Bender and Assistant Principal, Karen Carmichael, supported by PTA President, Mary Conway Spiegel and our dedicated PTA Executive Board, along with approximately 70 classroom teachers and support staff, who all hard at work to make P.S.11 a wonderful and positive learning environment for children.
